CPK stand for dynamometer, with robot adapter . The dynamometer is used to measure the clamp tensioning force. AT2000 CPK is connected with the robot adapter to the base frame. Easy integration between dynamometer and AT2000 CPK (dynamometer is not included in delivery). Available with handle holder or robot adapter. Measured binding force is transmitted to the hand-held dynamometer. The measured tie force can be entered manually into the HT Data Management software. The resulting documentation ensures reproducibility of the process. Autotool 2000 CPK is an electrically driven, automated cable tying system developed to speed up cabling processes and make production more efficient. In addition to high wiring speed, this cable tying system features simple operation and user-friendly ergonomics. Autotool 2000 CPK offers a display of settings and user information in 20 languages. A main feature of Autotool 2000 CPK is the HT Data Management CPK software. This feature enables easy parameterization of the instrument for custom applications. Parameterization can be easily performed via computer. In addition, HT Data Management CPK allows export of saved binding data and other service functions. Therefore, it ensures continuous documentation of every ligation process done through the instrument. The firmware of AT2000 CPK enables various tying and cutting functions: it is possible to define the diameter of the tying and choose the length of the tail witness of the tie, if any. On the other hand, the cutting function after the release of tensioning allows you to avoid damaging particularly delicate cables such as silicone cables. Autotool 2000 CPK is ideal for handling large volume applications in cable plants, automotive and industrial industries, and the packaging industry. With the CPK Bench Mount Kit or CPK Suspended Stand, Autotool 2000 CPK is suitable for both fixed and flexible applications. Using the optional CPK Power Pack with control box, the Autotool 2000 CPK can be integrated into fully automated production lines via a serial interface.
