Designed for potentially explosive atmospheres, its robust polycarbonate body and high-quality components deliver long service life, even in harsh environments.</p><h4>Efficient LED lighting with SafeEye® technology</h4><p>Atexor luminaires feature high-quality LEDs. SLAM FIXED® Ex lights provide better illumination and last up to five times longer than fluorescent lights. Replacing fluorescent installations with linear Ex lighting gives workers better visibility, improving both efficiency and safety. With a Color Rendering Index over 80, the Novo 1LED provides excellent color distinction, while SafeEye® technology turns potentially irritating LED light into smooth, glare-free illumination. Novo 1LED Ex lights are rated according to IEC 60079-28.</p><h4>Durable and dissipative construction</h4><p>SLAM FIXED® luminaires offer excellent corrosion resistance and a completely dissipative construction. Operators can clean installed lights, even with a dry cloth, without static charge build-up. To ensure maximum durability, Atexor’s shock-testing protocol far exceeds normal standards. Despite its robust build, the Novo 1LED is remarkably lightweight, making installation easier and reducing long-term stress on fittings and fixtures, such as light poles in windy conditions.</p><h4>Installation options and serviceability</h4><p>To make installations easier, two models are available. The SLAM FIXED® Novo 1LED Type-A is optimized for standard pole installations, while the Type-B version is through-wired to speed up chained installations such as wall and ceiling mounting. The round shape of the luminaire allows the light to be rotated so that exactly the right area is illuminated. Both models can be ordered with pre-installed cables to customer specifications.</p><h4>Repairable and manufactured in Finland</h4><p>Each unit is fully repairable and all components are replaceable. Retrofitting and installation changes are simple thanks to versatile light fittings and cleverly designed end caps. The Novo product family is designed and manufactured in Atexor’s own Finland-based factory.
