TITOLARITÀ DEL SITO E PREMESSE
I presenti Termini e Condizioni Generali di Contratto e di Fornitura, redatti a norma dei D.Lgs. n. 70/2003 e D.Lgs. 206/2005, regolano i servizi di vendita presenti sul sito https://www.plc-city.com/shop/it/ e vengono stipulati tra la società Dielle S.r.l., Codice Fiscale 06308490637 e Partita Iva 01523381216, con sede in Casandrino (Na) alla Via Circumvallazione esterna n. 12, CAP 80025 (d’ora in avanti detta anche “Società”), e colui/colei (da ora anche detto “Utente”) che consulta le pagine del sito internet https://www.plc-city.com/shop/it/ (di seguito: “Sito”) e che usufruisce dei Servizi di vendita per via telematica sullo stesso messi a disposizione.
La Società e l’Utente congiuntamente intese sono dette anche “Parti”.
I presenti Termini e Condizioni hanno efficacia vincolante tra le Parti sopra indicate e si applicano a tutti gli Utenti acquirenti dei Prodotti e dei Servizi offerti nel presente Sito.
Gli Utenti che acquistano i Prodotti venduti nel presente Sito e che utilizzano i Servizi offerti nel presente Sito affermano di conoscere e accettare i presenti Termini e Condizioni.
Ad eccezione della normativa inderogabile, per le finalità dei presenti Termini e Condizioni, l’Utente accetta che tutti i contratti, le notifiche, le informative e le altre comunicazioni fornite in forma elettronica soddisfano il requisito della forma scritta, quando previsto dalla legge.
OGGETTO DEL CONTRATTO
Il contratto disciplina i termini e le condizioni di vendita e di acquisto dei Prodotti e dei Servizi offerti sul Sito.
La Società mette in vendita attraverso il Sito componenti e prodotti, sia nuovi, usati che ricondizionati, per sistemi/macchine e impianti di automazione industriale.
Qualora tra la Società e l’Utente sia già stato concluso un accordo commerciale di vendita, i presenti Termini e Condizioni costituiscono un’integrazione agli stessi.
I prodotti messi in vendita sul Sito sono i prodotti presenti nel catalogo online al momento dell’acquisto da parte dell’Utente.
Ciascun prodotto è accompagnato da una scheda informativa che ne illustra le principali caratteristiche.
Resta inteso che le immagini e le descrizioni ivi inserite potrebbero non essere perfettamente rappresentative dei prodotti che possono differire in colore, dimensioni e/o componenti. L’Impresa, tuttavia, si impegna affinché i prodotti siano rappresentati in modo quanto più corrispondente alla realtà.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
When choosing debit or credit card as the payment method and pressing the ‘Confirm order’ button, the order will be connected to the Stripe server, one of our partners who will process the payment via a secure connection encrypted SSL, PCI complaint and protected by double 3D Secure authentication.

In case your payment is refused, please check your card number, expiry date and security code are inserted correctly.
If all the data entered is correct, please contact your bank's customer service to check the reason of the refusal and remove any credit card limits for international payments.
Our company is registered in Italy, while Stripe is a company registered in the United Kingdom and could process the payment in Italy, the United Kingdom or in the country where the credit card was issued.
PLC-CITY does not store transaction data on its servers and does not receive any sensitive credit card data, account numbers or passwords from Stripe.
APPLE PAY
When choosing Apple Pay as payment method on the Checkout page and pressing the ‘Confirm order’ button, you will be redirected to the payment gateway (Powered by Stripe - our partner for online payments), where you should click on Apple Pay button to confirm your payment selection.
Once you select it, your device will require verification by either touchID or faceID depending on the model of your device. After the verification is processed, the payment is completed and you will be redirected to our site where the order confirmation will be displayed.
Please keep in mind that you need to have the Applepay set up on your device in order to use this payment method.
GOOGLE PAY
When choosing Google Pay as payment method on the Checkout page and pressing the ‘Confirm order’ button, you will be transferred to the payment gateway (Powered by Stripe - our partner for online payments), where you should click on Google Pay button to confirm your payment selection.
Once you select it your device will require an additional verification. After the verification is processed, the payment is completed and you will be redirected to our site where the order confirmation will be displayed.
Please keep in mind that you need to have the Google Pay application set up on your device in order to use this payment method.
iDEAL
When choosing iDEAL as payment method on the Checkout page and pressing the ‘Confirm order’ button, you will be transferred to the payment gateway (Powered by Stripe - our partner for online payments), where you should click on the iDEAL button, select your bank and enter your full name in order to proceed. Once you have entered your details, click on the 'Pay' button which will redirect you to your bank account page to finalize the payment.
After the payment is completed on the bank account page, you will be automatically redirected to PLC-City site (or you must click on return to merchant button) where the order confirmation will be displayed.
Please note this payment method is supporting only EUR currency and it is available only for customers with a Dutch bank account of one of the licensed banks.
BANCONTACT
When choosing BANCONTACT as payment method on the Checkout page and pressing the ‘Confirm order’ button, you will be transferred to the payment gateway (Powered by Stripe - our partner for online payments), where you should click on the BANCONTACT icon and insert your full name in order to proceed.
Once you have entered your details, click on the 'Pay' button which will redirect you to your bank account page to finalize the payment.
After the payment is completed on the bancontact page, you will be automatically redirected to PLC-City site (or you must click on return to merchant button) where the order confirmation will be displayed.
Please note this payment method is supporting only EUR currency.

Even though we understand how important it is for many customers to have a deferred payment option, our payment policy does not allow deferred payments.
