TY3P1 and TY8P1 versions have an integrated pin that is inserted with the appropriate tool. TY8P2 versions consist of two parts; the mushroom head pin can be inserted into the body of the rivet with a hammer. Plastic rivets are easy to use and, compared with traditional two-part fastening methods, save time and money. They are ideal for joining panels together, or panel components, applicable in a wide range of industries from automotive to panel makers.
